This new PFS500 Pellet fryer from Fabcon provides gentle handling and uniform frying of many different pellet snacks from rings to screws to 3-dimensional potato/starch based products. The PFS has the lowest total oil volume of any pellet fryer on the market, which equates to exceptional turnover rates at just 3 hours. The 400 litre oil volume of the 500 kgs pellet fryer ensures low ffa readings and this optimises product quality and extends shelf life.
The PFS is available in varying sizes with outputs from 200-1,000kg/hr. the unique compartmentalised frying belt design and an adjustable frying time from 5-45 seconds means frying is precisely controlled.
